Returns & Exchange Policy

At The Dorm Shop, we want you to love every item you buy from us! If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to make the return or exchange process easy and transparent.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:
– The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
– The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
– The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
– Used or washed cushions, bedding, or personal comfort products
– Gift cards or clearance sale items
– Customised or made-to-order products

3. Return Process

2. Include your order number, photos (if damaged), and reason for return.
3. Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup or drop-off depending on your location.

Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or exchange.

4. Refunds

– Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
– If you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll request your bank details to initiate the refund via NEFT/UPI.
– Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’re happy to replace the product with the same or similar item (subject to availability).

6. Cancellations
